I found Bowen very helpful. I have had a couple of treatments. It was effective for a spot on my back that my arthritis had bugged me for years. Then I went again after a car accident and it was unbelievable. I had mobility in my neck and upper back again. And this was after only 1 treatment post accident. I would recommend it. Michelle really knows what she's doing.
