An amazing workout!! Jerome pushed me when I was ready to give up and helped me to adjust my workouts so that I would make it to the end 😂 for a 20 minute workout, I definitely felt it. With a busy schedule, finding something short, but effective to fit into my day is essential. I highly recommend this personalized workout!!
