We have been going to Whole Auto for a couple years now. Until today we have had nothing but great experiences. I was taken aback by my phone call with Dan this afternoon when he became irate after I asked about COVID procedures. We are particularly cautious because we are in contact with older parents and have a newborn in the house. Dan accused me of “attacking” him (I didn’t.) RecommendedDan is amazing. Trustworthy. Friendly and professional. He found and fixed every possible thing in my van to be safe before I was to take a drive to Los Angeles. And on pretty short notice! And affordable! And fast! I won't take my car anywhere else (once I'm back home in Petaluma). Truly the best. The van is driving like a dream!
Excellent service and high quality workmanship by a master mechanic and the pricing is always fair and reasonable. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. I would not go anywhere else than WholeAuto!
