They quickly scheduled an appointment, arrived the following morning, and determined that the rollers were the cause. After replacing them and making a few adjustments, it has been whisper-quiet ever since. The call was well worth it.

Before winter arrived, I had them out for garage door maintenance. After checking the system and lubricating everything, they made some changes that actually reduced the noise level of the door. Great experience. The technician, Art, was a stud. Got it done in like an hour, and it was a pretty complex repair. The bracket on one side of the track broke and it threw the rollers from the other side. Could have absolutely raked me over the coals on pricing since both cars were stuck in the garage, but it was priced fairly. I cannot recommend them enough. Also their work is warrantied which is really nice.
