I’ve had good experience with Whitty Construction. They’re honest and have always been available to answer questions and solve problems.
This guy is trouble with a capital 'T'. When under budget, uses the cheapest materials available in the wrong places. Check your eaves outside for drywall instead of plywood. No need to discuss schedules, he doesn't know what it means. 'On Time' for this guy is four times what he told you, if he shows up- and if you pay up front, it's your fault what you'll go through.
