Visiting Whittlesea smiles was a warm and welcoming experience all staff were very polite. The entire process was completely pain free, and Dharma cared about my concerns. Dharma and Hassan provided valuable advice and shared excellent knowledge, working with me to create a plan that addresses my insecurities.
I embarrassingly hadn’t been in to a dentist for years as it was a trigger and a complete fear of mine, I would be full of anxiety and fear. I had no choice but to come in and get dental treatment, I explained my fears and right away I felt at home. The way Dr Hassan and Dharma eased my nerves, made me laugh, talked me through everything and ensured I would never be in pain. Almost a year on now and I go in regularly for treatments, and thanks to Hassan and dharma I come with a smile on my face and no anxiety!!
I can't say enough about my first visit, from the moment I walked through the doors, I was met by a warm and friendly receptionist. Dr. Hassan , a highly skilled Dentist, took his time with me to explain every step that he was taking. Answering any questions I had with patience and attentiveness, he made me feel comfortable and made sure my visit was smooth, stress free, and pain free.
