I can't say enough about my first visit, from the moment I walked through the doors, I was met by a warm and friendly receptionist. Dr. Hassan , a highly skilled Dentist, took his time with me to explain every step that he was taking. Answering any questions I had with patience and attentiveness, he made me feel comfortable and made sure my visit was smooth, stress free, and pain free. Absolutely amazing service Hassan made me feel comfortable the hole time even subsiding my tooth pain temporarily until further treatment could be done. Definitely will be coming back and referring friends.
After a traumatic experience at another clinic the day before I didn’t want to go back to a dentist ever again if I’m being honest. My children had to see me hysterically cry and in a huge amount of pain. I was referred to whittlesea smiles through a friend and was able to get in the following day and the environment, atmosphere and professionalism is amazing. Big thanks to the team for looking after me and changing my perspective on dentist after my past experience and trauma.
