Received my tax assessment and it was off. We asked for Robert to pay per the contract back in November. Finally got him to pay his part last week! Will not fix blue tape items as promised. We have been in the home 6 months and he still hasn’t fixed the items from the inspection. Use a different title company then Rockwall Title if buying a whittle Home. Make sure to use a realtor. Picture is of my house hanging over the foundation.
