WORST customer service. Their properties are outdated and management is not helpful when it comes to maintenance. They struggle to answer basic property questions and are EXTREMELY RUDE!
This property management group I felt was outdated... I had my rental with them for a couple years and thought I could rely on them for my account since I am out of town and don't have the time myself... They consistently had my rental under rent price for the market and never gave me a call on big decisions. I would not recommend.
