RecommendedI have been utilizing Rod's services for my clients for 15 years, he is the best inspector I know. Rod is more thorough and has the right bedside manner to make sure a buyer is aware of issues with a home, but not in a manner to unnecessarily alarm the client. Rod has prevented many of my buyers from following through on bad purchases, too, but this only helps bond my relationship with my buyers as they know I have their best interest at heart.
This review was disallowed on Yelp so am posting it here. I have hired Rod Whittington on several occasions while looking for a house to buy. He was very professional and thorough, even pulled a ladder and climbed on the roof level. During his inspection, he discovered several important things that the realtor didn't mention. I am glad that I hired him, will definitely hire again should the need arises, and highly recommend to anyone.
