I would not recommend coming here. My first experience with them in 2023 was wonderful, but today 1/12/25 receptionist and Dr.Purdom were really unprofessional. Went to complain to Dr.Purdom about receptionist getting smart with me and then hanging up the phone, he did not seem to understand or care about the situation and just tried getting me out of there. I get he has other patients to care for, but if that was the case he should have had another supervisor then just himself to get talked too. He even made a joke of hitti... read more
I never have an experience when the reception blame patients not to take thier office call. I didn't see your office number on my phone. I wish that I knew sooner that appointment had cancelled so I could make money for a day. I was curious about the other number they called me twice. So I asked them. the lady told me she doesn't know the number she called. Why don't you find it out and let patients know the other number.
They give my mum a half ass treatment. They only care about payment, according to the woman at the front desk, and not about the health of the patient.
I recently visited the doctor's office where Alicia works, and I have to say, her customer service is outstanding. She was incredibly nice and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Alicia is a true asset to the office!
AMY who is I belive Customer service is so rude don't assist with information. I been a patients at this clinic for 3 years if not more. I had to called 4 times @ the clinic # and AMY WILL ANSWER THE PHONE I ask her if this is the female clinic in Whittier and she didn't answer me with a yes or no ...
