THEY DO NOT HAVE SAFE PROCEDURES I made an appointment over the phone and the receptionist told me the following: -someone would Meet me and Screen my temp outside -everyone (except patients obviously) would be wearing masks all the time -the waiting room is closed -I would be taken immediately back to the procedure room None of these things happened when I arrived.
