I really should have read the reviews but didn’t think anything of it when my Dr’s office got an approval through my insurance for a sleep study here at Whittier Sleep Center. Now the night of the sleep study was not an issue at all, the tech there was great he walked me through the whole procedure and it was a breeze. Fast forward to 7 months later when I received a collection notice that I had a balance for the sleep study. Never once did they contact me by phone or mail to resolve this. Don't know why this place has a 1.5..not gonna lie didnt know what to expect, so I had a little anxiety. The tech was great! Made me feel comfortable, explained everything. I brought my own blanket and pillow to help me feel more like home.
The machine they gave me for a sleep test was broken and they refused to do another sleep test claiming they had enough information to give me results. Then I get a bill and every time I call to try and make a payment they never pick up the phone! Ask PIH to send you somewhere else.
Don’t let PIH set up your appointment with this doctor or this sleep center. It’s not part of PIH and it’s impossible to try to cancel your appointments with them and before you know it they send you a no show bill statement in the mail and they don’t have a cancellation on the PIH app due to not being affiliated with them. Find another sleep center doctor
Very clean I had a very nice experiences. The tech was awesome very nice made you feel comfortable.
