Hi I been living here at Whittier Place now since November 2022. I can tell you that Ms Helen Community Manager is 😃 Great , I just so happy she was there for me when I told her my lease was up from my previous place and I was looking for a unit at Whittier Place, Ms Helen kelp in touch we me along the way, Not only did Ms . Helen put me in a nice unit she had for me the unit was completely updated and I couldn't ask for a nice place .nicer then my previous place I moved from. Terrible. Overpriced, run down, lazy and incompetent management / groundspeople – Lived in for one year. Will definitely be moving out once lease expires. Thermostats or broken, glass doors and windows need to be replaced, are about 30 to 40 yrs old, and maintenance only cuts the grass from time to time. Get a snow shovel or snow blower, because when it does snow they might clear the walkways and that is it.
