The staff over turn is not comforting. I went in for a cleaning and ended up getting a root canal and cap. They get do excited when they see I have good insurance. The male doctor who did the first numbing shots after the root canal, caused me spasms and numbness for several weeks. The owner laughed, thought it was funny and said it would eventually wear off. Dr.Katie pushed for a tooth extraction procedure with minimal explanation and reasoning. I got a second opinion and a tooth extraction was ruled out. Customer service was ideal, but this company will exhaust every opportunity to generate profit generating procedures. Extremely disappointing. Avoid.
I’m leaving a 1-star review because my experience was really disappointing. I came in today after having a full deep cleaning here a little over a month ago, because my tooth was still hurting. At this visit, I was told the tooth is loose and needs to be pulled. Unfortunately, my insurance is no longer active due to my company shutting down, and I was quoted over $440 just for the extraction—on top of $59 just for them to look at it. I had such a great experience here! The entire staff made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walked in, from Georgina at the front desk to Dr. Alpuche and everyone in between. They made the whole process super easy and comfortable from start to finish, and really took the time to listen to my needs. I’d absolutely recommend coming here to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.
