I've been coming to this dental office for nearly 10 years because of Dr. Edalot. He was a phenomenal dentist who truly cared for his patients. He helped me through some difficult dental issues, and I trusted this office because of him. Unfortunately, over the past year, everything has changed for the worse. Since Dr. Ed has been absent or possibly retired, the new staff, particularly the front office team, has been completely unprofessional. Very professional , very carrying people work there! I am very sensitive to any kind of pain and I couldn't feel any pain at all, bravo
They told my son that he needed 3 crowns and 1 partial crown. He went to another dentist for a second opinion, and they told him he didn't need them. No softness in the teeth detected that may indicated he needed crowns. Unreal that they are still.in business. If I could give them a zero, I would.
