WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT FROM! Rick boves owns the property but it is managed by laura and Emily. These girls who manage the building are nosey, they enter your apartment without notice and will make living there a horrible experience. Laura has threatened tenats with her gun she carrys everyday. This buidling also has mold,cracks in the ceiling and leaking during storms into apartments.
