Antonio was super kind and patient when asked questions about replacing my serpentine belt. They were super helpful and did a great job. I Appreciate their help. Front desk lady was sweet and patient too.
I feel they should be shut down. After my experience I would not recommend this place at all. Got work done and had to take it back twice due to poor quality work. First return was simple, after getting it back another issue showed up involving the work they did and when I went back they lied about the problem and tried to cover it up. It was leaking huge amounts of coolent from the turbo (That they replced) and when I came back they said there was no leak. If I could give negative stars I would how a simple oil change service couldn’t be performed on my vehicle at your mechanic shop is beyond me but here we are. During the oil change, my vehicle’s original oil filter housing was cracked. Instead of replacing it with the correct, compatible part for my vehicle, your shop installed a metal oil filter housing on my car which caused my car to leak oil. I came here today because my vehicle started acting up losing power but it still drove. Was going to drive it home glad I didn't. I came here asking them if they had batteries. Yes. They checked it the alternator was shot .I shut the vehicle off and the owner went to move it totally dead. They said it would be about two hours to replace it. It was done in an hour; they stopped what they were doing and replaced it. I told the boss and the mechanic thank you i appreciate it!! So far so good
Amazing service! Called for an oil change and they took me in right away. Service was fast and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg like most other places. Antonio is a friendly and honest man. Go see him and his crew for the best auto service in town!!! Thank you gentlemen for your help :)
