Great apartments! If safety, a clean apartment, and friendly staff are what you're looking for, Whitten Creek Apartments is a good place for you to rent! I lived there for two years and I do not have one complaint. Staff always answered messages and calls promptly. I want to add, I rented as a woman in her early 20s and lived alone. Best apartment complex around! I absolutely loved living at the Whitten Creek apartments! I would recommend this to college students or anyone trying to find a nice apartment that’s affordable and close to Jonesboro. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They genuinely care about their tenants and I would definitely recommend living here. The apartments are also very nice and clean. I never had any problem with this place! I hated to move out. Very quiet and affordable place to live.

Low quality buildings and management Management runs this place like section 8 housing. They are very nice to you at first like stepford wives but once they get your signature on the lease, they are completely rude and unreasonable. If anything goes wrong in the apartment, they will always charge you and say it's your fault even if it's wear and tear from their cheap materials. This is like trailer park with two stories. The gym and pool also leave plenty to be desired.

Written creek apartments I love it here. They are a nice size and cozy. They are better quality than the apartments I was paying 655 a month for and that was only rent included. The staff is friendly and remember you well.

Whitten Creek I have lived here one year and it has been wonderful. The management is great and very helpful. The one small issue I had all year was fixed quickly. There is a clean pool and workout room. If I was not moving for a job I would gladly stay longer.

Whitten Creek Apartments Whitten Creek Apartments are located in Brookland Arkansas. They are fairly new with 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom options. The entire complex is quiet, and well kept. It has a swimming pool, gym and playground. Tenants are given mailboxes, and the staff is so good to help! There are three sizes of one bedroom apartments. Rent for 1 bedroom apartments begin at $525 with water included. There are different options, locally, for cable, home phone and wireless internet.

Whitten Creek The apartments are clean and are newly constructed having been built in 2013. They include a washer and dryer which is really nice. The management is prompt and extremely pleasent to deal with. One of the best options in the Jonesboro, Ar area. Highly recommended!
