Great experience buying a used car. The team here was flexible and made the whole buying process efficient.
Jason P was great and easy to work with! I knew the truck I wanted and the deal I was looking to get and Jason made it happen, all same day! He had the truck washed, fueled up and ready to go when I got there and with him and Mark ready for me I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour total, and that’s with a test drive. Great guys to work with and would definitely recommend them!
Awesome customer service!! Tyler was so helpful and kept me informed of what was happening with my Jeep! This is my new service go to spot now!! Update July 2026: We upgraded to a 2026 Jeep Grand Wagoneer Nick was AMAZING and made it so easy working with him! Definitely went above and beyond. This is not only our service go to but definitely now our if we want a new ride go to! Highly recommended 10 stars!!!
I can’t give enough kudos to all the guys who worked on my new 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Whitten Brothers in Ashland and fixed it! I had to buy my Jeep at Williamsburg Jeep because they were the only ones at that time that had the interior I liked. I had it only one day or so and it wouldn’t start so I called Williamsburg Jeep and they scheduled an appointment, a week later.🙄 You would think since I just bought it I could of gotten in a little earlier? I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I had the pleasure of working with Nathan for about a week leading up to my actual visit to the dealership. I have a busy work schedule that limits my availability and he was open to finding the best fit for me and working out all of the details entirely by text.
