Im sure they are great if they profit from you but if you are renting a home that they are selling they treat you like you have no rights. I may not own the "beautiful property" you're selling but i do have rights. Yeah im poor buddy but not stupid. Reply: Im pretty sure you do the scheduling for showings correct? Blame on your client, smart thinking. A cowboy who knows how to wash his hands of all liability.
My experience with Whittemores Real Estate was over the top professional, A great team to work with, Living out of state and having issues on my property in Maine was no problem for them, They worked and personally went out and fixed the issues even going out and cutting my grass and doing repairs so the property could sell, They are not only a real estate company, They are a team you can count on to get your property sold.
