Should be half star They took advantage of people during the terrible rain storm we had this past Spring (2010). Home Depot and Lowes had run out of sump pumps. Whittemore had them and were selling them for over $100. The same pumps that Home Depot and Lowes had been selling for under $50!!! Unscrupulous and very unpleasant to deal with - stay away from this place.
