Always have great Service done here. The staff are very professional and answer any questions that I might have. The tech's are up to date in all aspects of repair. I highly recommend having your Service work done here. They also went Above and Beyond in contacting the extended warranty company I have in regards to repair/replace one of my towing mirrors. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS THEY ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD I was in the market for a truck. I stopped by this place because they had an ad in the mail for $4000.00 on any trade-in. I found a truck I liked & got the paperwork started. By the time it was all said & done, there were 2 guys who handled this the whole time, Matthew & Roger. My son bought a truck here last week. It’s a nice truck and the sales guy was nice enough. But I’m highly disappointed that he drove his truck off the lot without a full tank of gas and with a service light already on saying it needs an oil change. I tried to ask about the oil change but was not met with any eagerness to resolve the situation.
Wrote in about buying an suv or a truck and the guy text me about 4 times then said he was off work then nothing for a week I wrote back and said of now avoiding me cool so much for customer service if your not approved or what ever the problem may be then should atleast let the person no instead of avoiding them. What a joke.
