I have been to this office 3 times in the past 5 years for TMJ botox. The 1st 2 times I didn't have any problem at all. They have a new Dr. now that comes from Sterling Heights for the botox and she messed up my smile and the pain returned from the TMJ this time after 6 weeks. She inserted the botox too far forward into my cheek area and it affected the smile muscle (Risorius) and I can't lift the sides of my mouth to smile at all.
