I have been to this office 3 times in the past 5 years for TMJ botox. The 1st 2 times I didn't have any problem at all. They have a new Dr. now that comes from Sterling Heights for the botox and she messed up my smile and the pain returned from the TMJ this time after 6 weeks. She inserted the botox too far forward into my cheek area and it affected the smile muscle (Risorius) and I can't lift the sides of my mouth to smile at all. Great care and very thorough
I went to Dental Excellence to get a second opinion on a recent dental issue. I liked the fact that they did not try to discuss other dental related items with me but focused on the issue I was there about. I appreciated the honestly and straight forwardness of the conversation with Dr. Snyder. I am going back for additional consultations regarding my dental issue to figure out a long term solution. I made that decision based upon the initial great experience I had.
I wondered why the hygienist did not check my bone density

I have been a patient at Dental Excellence for 3 years now, The name says it all! They are all a very special group of people who truly make going to the dentist pleasant! I am always amazed at how cutting edge they are and they are just all fantastic! They always make you feel as though you are the only patient there! And they are also a team! Dr. Carpenter's vision is our gift!
I was very sad that Dr. Saffo left the practice for another area. I’m sure I am not the only patient that misses his kind manner. However, I was very happy to have a new dentist who is just as kind and caring. And as always, all of the staff were friendly and smiling and very professional. I highly recommend Dental Excellance to everyone, but especially to those who have had a bad dental experience. They will wipe out those bad memories of going to the dentist.
