I would like to share my experience that I had with Whitaker Family Dental in Defiance Ohio . If you are looking for a thorough and professional dentist , look no further than Dr Bilen DDS ! He along with DR Berringer put together a perfect plan that fit my most difficult need . When it came time to the day to perform my procedure Dr Bilen and his wonderful assistant , put me in a time that not only worked for me but he blocked out a whole morning of his busy schedule to do the procedure. They put two crowns in my mouth I have trouble w them been there twice they did the work and now don't want to fix it reffered me to another dentist I know they can fix this I had private insurance be fore now I have medicade so they don't want to fix what they messed up if you have medicade don't go here your treated like a second class citizen especially by this old man dentist he's rude and cares nothing for the patient who is in pain !
