I originally left a review because I had a very disappointing experience with the doctor and one of the dental assistants. I didn’t feel heard or cared for during my visit, and it left me feeling upset. However, I wanted to update my review because after I shared my concerns, one of the head staff members, Emily, reached out to me. Usually have great experiences here. Always quick and painless. This time was definitely a not so great time. The dentist was great quick and to the point. The assistant at the beginning was great talkative and easy to talk to. Both were very nice. it was only the fact that we did 3 tries at a temporary fitting and her not knowing the xray very well. And the dentist even said scans then the fitting. She did the fitting 1st which was perfect but had to take it out for scans and couldn't so had to get the dentist back to do it... read more
