Just had my new carpet installed. Professional installers did an great job. So excited with the results
Initially, we received excellent customer service from Bob who was helping us with carpet. He was very responsive and timely until we weren’t ready to purchase right away. We still needed his help pricing some shower tile but he ignored numerous requests for quotes and never gave us a price for tile that we were ready to buy ASAP. We were very disappointed and happily took our business to DeHart Tile instead.
We’ve had a very hard time getting scheduled through AJ. We’ve left multiple messages and haven’t had any luck. Our floors need re-glued and our shower re-grouted. We are also wanting to purchase shelves for our shower and have been trying to get it since before Christmas. I think we are getting the run around and if the floors weren’t popping we would definitely be going elsewhere.
Y’all might wanna tell your guys that it’s inappropriate to hit on women at a stoplight in the company van or in general 🤷🏼♀️
I was impressed with the assistance I received in selecting and pricing my carpet needs. The installer was on time and capable and friendly. He did a super job, even going above and beyond in making an improvement to the subfloor to better accommodate the installation. At no extra charge’ I highly recommend this company
