Wouldn't recommend this practice, the doctor is arrogant, doesn't listen to a word you say. If you're a smoker he will blame that straight away, if you look at Japan they consume more cigarettes than most of the western countries but don't have massive heart problems. Maybe it's because of their diets. I suffer bad anxiety, my appointment was at 10am, didn't get to see the doctor until 11:30 which made my heart race.
