I’d give zero if I could. Mark Whitsitt is a very difficult individual to deal with on the phone and through emails. One of his workers Amy Baumgartner did the appraisal on my Mother’s beautiful country home on 2 1/2 landscaped acres. The location is excellent As far as getting to Champaign or Mattoon. The property is on a well maintained major country road. Over the many years that my parents lived here and farmed and we as kids years ago, we had gotten tons of compliments on this property.
