I’d give zero if I could. Mark Whitsitt is a very difficult individual to deal with on the phone and through emails. One of his workers Amy Baumgartner did the appraisal on my Mother’s beautiful country home on 2 1/2 landscaped acres. The location is excellent As far as getting to Champaign or Mattoon.
