We lived at the Whitsett Courtyard apartments for 6 years, and it was great! The entranceway is lush with greenery, and the apartment was spacious. Two stacked parking spots were available to rent for a monthly fee, which was well worth it since the street fills up quickly. One of the best parts of this place was the property manager Jocelyn Ponce. She's very warm and friendly, and always responded quickly to any issues or questions. This small apartment complex is on Whitsett Avenue, between Oxnard Street & Victory Boulevard. The grounds are very well kept, it's quiet and there's gated parking in the rear. The Manager is friendly, courteous and looks after any need that arises. If in the area, stop by and say hello. i lived here for a year aug 2019-2020. exceptionally poor response from the upper level property managers in response to the pandemic. either non responsive or seemed to not read my emails at all when replying to them… Namus was awful. Patti isn’t much better. trying to PAY THEM rental relief is so difficult, just imagine when you need something from them. the rent is decent but for the quality of the APT, the low mood in the complex *even pre-pandemic*, the racial bias a couple of the tenants had while i was there (not most... read more
