Frozen custard was very good. I got waffle cone with nuts and chocolate. My only criticism is the menu. It sits very high there are a lot of options and I suggest they provide laminated reusable menus. The screens flip around too much I saw in earlier reviews a response from owners that the menus can be requested. The flow of traffic prevents requesting menus while you are in line. Our first visit was great and enjoyable. We asked about allergens and felt the employees did a good job being cleanly and considerate. The custard was great. The second time, the custard tasted terrible. The vanilla tasted chemically, and it wasn't a little bit, it was concerning. Not just - artificial/bad - it was more like, did something spill into the batch? It tasted wrong and bad like it could make me sick. Threw away 3 cups. We stopped at Whit's on a whim and it was totally worth it. Their custard is smooth and creamy. We got two single scoops of chocolate that were awesome. They also had impressive sized ice cream sandwiches.
