$22 for 3 ice creams?????? 1 was a single scoop in a cup, 1 was a single scoop in a cone, and 1 was a double scoop in a cone…. What??? It tasted almost as good as Culver’s but 4 times the price… why would anyone waste so much money here? I could understand if it was a true local place but it’s a franchise with like 95 locations. Atmosphere sucked too, only 2 hard metal tables and the menus were on tiny TVs 15 feet above the order counter. Never again….
The peanut butter custard is delicious whenever it is the flavor of the day. Unfortunately this location doesn't keep its flavor of the day calendar up to date so I don't know when to stop by for some of my favorite specials. I therefore don't know when a good day to go even is. There is nothing wrong with the normal menu, but my favorite flavors are the special ones that aren't just vanilla/chocolate and I never know when to go most of the month.
This is my first time at this Whit’s location. I have been to 2 other locations. I have never been disappointed at Whit’s. This location, as well as the other locations has the very best, handmade frozen custard. My go to favorite is the “buckeye madness” which is Reese’s Cup, chocolate syrup and peanut butter, super delicious. Everything tasted great, they were super friendly and I highly recommend.
Disappointing experience for the first time. Custard was ok but toppings were not good. Customer service by the 16 and 17yr olds in the back were terrible. The one teenager scooping the custard and topping noticeably had zero sanitary standards preparing the custard. The teenager at the counter lacked any kind or personality when we were trying to figure out the first time process of ordering a custard.
