The flavor of the day was excellent. The service, portions and atmosphere were all very good I will return to this Whits. It would be nice if they put one the beach side!!
The ratings are more towards the customer service that was not offered. I and my husband drove 20 minutes and tried to rush and get to this location before their closing time. We got there at 9:58 pm, very close to but not past their closing time, and they had already closed their doors. They saw us wait outside the door, looked at each other and went on doing what they were doing pretending they did not see us. Some might this it’s fair but I don’t.
Absolutely the best ice cream/custard shop in the area. The menu, service and ingredients are top notch and the young help behind the counter is great to see. Disregard some of the negative feedback as competitors and "professional" complainers who never leave fair honest reviews. Uncalled for and childish. I have never had a bad experience or have ever heard anything but wonderful experiences! And yep, I'm a real live customer.....
Poor- for custard Ice-cream! Drove an extra 20min out the way to try and see if they were any good. Nope! There's a problem when your soft-serve is literally pouring off the cone in less than 30 seconds of it getting prepared. Least we know where NOT to go!
Place is great - been a few times and never had a problem. The only thing I find hard to understand is the menu. It may be a me issue but I order off the white board because idk what else is available
