Today at Whits in Mooresville I was served the worst tasting custard I have ever experienced. It tasted bitter as if something wasn't rinsed or cleaned properly. When I brought it back and told them, they said "YES WE KNOW ITS HORRIBLE SORRY".... Thats correct, they knew that and served it anyway, offered no refund... just blew me off. Any business that would serve that to children and parents and then treat there customers like that doesn't deserve my hard earned money do they deserve yours? ...... I do not like leaving negative reviews, especially because the young lady working when we visited was fantastic. She was friendly, working hard, and doing her best to keep up with a steady crowd of customers. Unfortunately, the ice cream itself was very disappointing. Ordered a mini custard with raspberry and chocolate with nuts. It came as a 1/2 filled cup not mixed together and ver fee raspberries...all for $6.00. Not a great experience at all!
Has the best ice cream in Mooresville but showed up 20 minutes before they close and they had locked the doors. Can’t trust the hours.
