Roofers This place of business was not very helpful and cooperative. Very Expensive and does not back up their warranty. i would say they are not very honest in their work and words.
Whitrock Associates Inc is... I rented in a Whitrock neighborhood for 2 years, 2008-2009. I had problems with them from the beginning. They did not keep their end of the contract and hassled me continuously, despite the fact that I always paid rent ahead of time and kept the house spotless. Hopefully you'll have better luck with them than I did.
Great homes I am extremely happy with our house. It took some time to get through the punch list but if you are reasonable with them and flexible in your schedule to make the appointments it gets done. You definitely need to follow each stage of construction to ensure to back them up on changes to the basic design.
