I’ve been going to Whitney for about 4 years now, and I can confidently say she’s one of the best in the game. Be very cautious before booking with this stylist especially if you’re a new client. She is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic business etiquette. Communication is poor she takes days to respond to messages, if at all. If you follow up and express concern about being ignored, she will cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. Her response to honest and genuine reviews only reinforces her unprofessionalism. Instead of taking accountability, she deflects and attacks. This girl is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve booked my appointment two days in advanced. On the day of my appointment, I had to be the one to reach out to her to find out if I’m going to need to bring anything specific for a butterfly braided ponytail. Thats when she’s going to ask to send an inspo pic -(On the day of the appointment)???
