Went in for a smog test . Turned me away because he was eating lunch then told me he can could only take me if there was nobody ahead of me. Nobody was around. He was very unfriendly with an attitude.acted like I was bothering him. Felt like I was dealing with a bit of racism but not totally sure . Maybe he just doesn’t care about his job anymore. DONT GO HERE. This is by far the biggest rip off RV repair shop you'll find to take your RV to. They sat on my RV for 3 months to repair a side window and do an oil change. $2500 for a side window and an oil change. He initially quated me $500, how did we go from that to this? I can't even read the invoice. I had taken my RV here before and had similar experiences but this time it got out of hand. Beware, this place is a total rip off! Absolutely some of the best customer service. Friendly & respectful, Mr. Gary Whitney went above & beyond professionalism - from providing a ride to and from my home, calling to let me know how long work would take, to explaining what I should be aware of following service. Extremely busy place, but if one is patient, well worth it.
