DONT GO HERE. This is by far the biggest rip off RV repair shop you'll find to take your RV to. They sat on my RV for 3 months to repair a side window and do an oil change. $2500 for a side window and an oil change. He initially quated me $500, how did we go from that to this? I can't even read the invoice. I had taken my RV here before and had similar experiences but this time it got out of hand. Beware, this place is a total rip off! Absolutely some of the best customer service. Friendly & respectful, Mr. Gary Whitney went above & beyond professionalism - from providing a ride to and from my home, calling to let me know how long work would take, to explaining what I should be aware of following service. Extremely busy place, but if one is patient, well worth it.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Such a rude man. I called and simply asked a question. I’m very kind and have a soft voice. He was abrasive right away but I continued to be nice. He never shifted to match my tone. I don’t understand how anyone could do business with someone who clearly only has the goal to make you feel stupid. Did not offend me because I know I’m not but the fact that that’s his aim is wrong. I simply said I don’t know much about cars so that’s why I’m asking an expert.
