I’ve lived here the last two years and the experience has been wonderful! The maintenance and staff is so friendly and always quick to help. The building has comfortable amenities like the business center if you’re wfh and common room if you’re hosting some friends/fam for a party/event(plus several other amenities). The building is located on the main street so you have access to the library, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. I moved into a studio at Whitney Towers on Main Street this January, and overall, I’m very happy with the place. Everything is really well maintained, and the apartment layout makes great use of space. Plus, there's tons of natural light, which I love. The building staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone I've interacted with, both staff and neighbors, has been super friendly and helpful. It really adds to the feeling of home. Facilities are a big plus here too. I lived in Whitney 31 Spring St, and it’s easily the best apartments that I’ve ever lived in the US. The location is great, the bus stop is 5 min walk and there are several restaurants/cafes and trails that are stone throw away distance. The apartment size is really huge (~840 Sq. Ft) and has a patio too. My only complaint was that the kitchen area is very small.
