Jennifer Andrews canceled my son’s appointment apparently by snail mail and neglected to make contact through my phone number on file. Needless to say to say we drove up here from Olive Branch only to be told Ms. Andrews canceled & rescheduled his appointment on a day/time that I have class. Piss Poor customer service. I never received the mail or a call. Huge inconvenience
