We had mold issues. Their solution was painting over it. Lip stick on a pig. The cabinets are particle board and pretty much a sponge. The mold spread even more. I wouldn't recommend bringing your dog to live here either. Dog poop was literally everywhere. They did nothing about it other than just send emails asking people to clean up after themselves. Based on our experience, I believe this place doesn't care about the health and safety of their tenants. The only bright side was the fairport electric.
My first year living here was nice, but that changed over time. We lived in a first-floor apartment that was partially below ground, and we had major issues with poor airflow, high humidity in the summer, and mold. We repeatedly reported these problems, but maintenance never truly resolved them. Mold developed inside one of our cabinets. So I lived here from 2023-2025. At first I would consider it satisfactory , after that horrible. At one point every time I would use an appliance in the kitchen I would smell chlorine. I thought it was my microwave so I got a new one. Still had the same issue. I ended up calling the office and someone came out. Super nice guy knew nothing about nothing.
