It's been a good experience. Very responsive to my concerns
My wife and I lived here for only a few months, and it admittedly wasn’t for us, but if you have a family or pets this is a place for you. The apartment was huge for the price, and almost every neighbor had a dog or cat. The quality of the buildings is average for a large location, parking is surprisingly limited. It’s close to Fairport and Penfield, so if you work there it will serve you- driving to the city or any other suburb was a nightmare. The process of getting the apartment was very professional and easy. Apartment is exactly what we wanted! Affordable for the area. Totally recommend!
