I moved into Whitney Ridge Apartments about a month ago and so far everything is great! Julia was the deciding factor for choosing this complex over others. She went above and beyond to answer my many questions and took the time to show me several units as they became available. Yes, I came back multiple times and was always greeted with a smile. There's no cameras in the main entrances of most buildings. Mail keeps getting stolen and there's no way to prove it without cameras. There's also no locks on the mail room doors so anyone with legs and hands can access your mail unsupervised. There's a few vile thieves living in that complex as well as staff that doesn't feel the need to do the right thing for the residents safety, I'm glad my lease ended and I left.
