The staff sends your money order to corporate right away which should have been a cashiers check not a money order should have checked all income but didn't follow protocol was rude in the end will never apply for this place again... and yes managers doesn't admit fault.
Been here a few months - staff was nice and helpful at first - now when I call the office for a maintenance request or a question I get RUSHED off the phone and the maintenance guy shows up WEEKS after my request! The apartment is nice but I have heard from neighbors who moved out last week that the re-certification process here to keep renting is "unjust" and people have been kicked out because of the manager's inability to be admit fault. That scares me so we are already looking for another place to live.
I just moved here about a month ago, and I absolutely love it here! The staff here are all prompt when you need something and actually care about this complex. I chose this place because of it's reputation of having rules that actually need to be followed. There are nosy neighbors here, but after the last apartment complex I was at where it was just a place for college kids to party and was run-down and filled with trashy people, I can appreciate it because everyone cares here about keeping it nice. I am considering moving here but I am concerned about people who are having problems with "Joan". I want a safe, quiet place to live, my husband & I will follow the rules - that is what makes me LIKE Whitney ranch. But I do not want to deal with drama and someone who causes problems when I want to live in peace. Any advice? Joan - any suggestions?

Here's the deal. I know this property like the back of my hand, and the ones that complain are the ones who are breaking the rules. I wish I could comment on all of them. Yes there is a resident named Joan, and I would rather have her there them some thugs and drug dealers. She the one that will watch your place when your not home. I lived in these apartments for 11/2 years...They are very nice but the office staff (Joy) is horrible...I moved out because of a nosy neighbor named Joan. She was always in everyones business.
Very clean and nice. But there is a snoppy neighbor named Joan. You cant do anything with out her telling managment. Then managment sides with her and let her run the apartments she dosent even work there. So just make sure you dont get a apartment by hers but even if you live on the other side she still snopping over there. People even moved out because they couldn't deal with her.
