My daughter has seen Dr. Wignall for over 10 years and at 17 is now "aging" out of the practice. We're so sad to have to find an adult dentist but so grateful for the years of excellent care. What a wonderful practice full of skilled and caring professionals! Absolutely critical in setting your child up for a lifetime of excellent dental health.
Dr Wignall and her staff are great. We have been seeing Dr Wignall and her staff for 8 years now and every visit has been wonderful. With 4 kids and a really busy schedule of my own they are always understanding and accommodating. Everyone takes time to make sure my kids feel safe and comfortable, and my children are always excited to visit the dentist. Dr Wignall takes time to explain the procedures recommended.
My family had a terrible experience and I've transferred to another dentist.
She has an abrupt and unfriendly manner, is very pushy about extensive treatment plans, is in a rush to get out of the room. She argues with parents, and says, I don't understand more than you want to hear from a medical provider. Her support staff are great. They seem embarrassed by Dr. Wignall's curtness. Three people told us not to take our child to her, but we chanced it because our primary dentist referred us to her for a certain procedure they didn't perform.
