I recently received a Cease and Desist letter from Dirk Petchul, Esq., a partner at Whitney | Petchul, on behalf of my homeowners' association. The letter was filled with baseless accusations, including the absurd claim that I provided "misleading photo-documentation" of issues within the community. Jean Moriarty was the absolute greatest! She is the attorney for my homeowners association and she is a BOSS! I would definitely recommend Jean and Whitney Petchul!
It's like taking a leap back into the 80s, literally. Rooms are original to the time. Or room was over a bunch of ac units so that went on all night. There is no valet. The needs are like marshmallows. Very mediocre at best. It was next door to where we were going so convenient.
