This practice has cared for my son since he was born and now that he is in the process of transferring to an adult doctor they don't even care to provide a refill ( not a new prescription) for hydrocortisone cream until he establishes care with his new doctor. I never had any issues until today with a very un helpful nurse name Sue who basically said my son is removed from this practice go to urgent care leaving him without a doctor.
