This complex is relatively quiet, Apartments are spacious, and they are pet friendly (to a degree) The rules are pretty strict, BUT they are very fast to fix maintenance problems and don t try to snoop or pry into your affairs. The management staff seems to be quite friendly. You are super close to Savemart and K Mart, so that is a definite plus. Great Management! Pleasant Place to live! Also close to 198 and stores/restaurants
I am very happy with the upkeep of the inside and outside of my apartment as well as the surrounding apartments! The grounds are well maintained. I am grateful for all of the managements hard work! My children and I enjoy the peace and quiet and the occasional community time in the courtyard!
