The WHITNEY MANAGEMENT location in Saint Louis Missouri is in complete violation of consumer rights. Andrew Bailey is the Attorney General of the state of Missouri. You must contact their office and make your voice HEARD.... The tenants there are suffering and their voices are being unheard. The staff is cold and uncaring. I'm voicing my personal opinion because I've lived here for year's & had to move out because of another tenant based on lies & on an alleged fake police report I've never seen....Wayne M Stepnoski is running this building like a State prison. Most of the tenants are wheelchair bound & some are not, management doesn't accommodate anyone for assistance.. With regards to looking to move into a 55 & over senior complex, DO NOT MOVE HERE ??, you will regret it.. Also there's squatter's living in the building, there's drug dealing... read more
