Receptionist are 5 star. But the PCT is a zero. She does not wash her hands. She came in unprepared and had to leave my room to get supplies, then again did not use hand sanitizer or washed her hands. She did a venipuncture on me and placed the guaze and tape on the counter (unsanitary can cause diseases and skin infections), opened a clean needle with her bare hands (suppose to be opened with gloves) that she did not wash to make it worse. When I corrected her and told her I refuse her to do my venipuncture (draw blood) she... read more

It can be a long wait if appointment is not scheduled in the morning. Other than the wait issue staff is usually polite and friendly.
