Whitney was Absolutely wonderful. I will certainly ask for her or Nina again. The 2nd call to the office was great. She put me right thru to the nurses line and got an appointment immediately. That was my call at 907am. I called before that at 835am, the girl was refusing to put me thru to the nurses line(i know and was told they have better access to availability), I asked 3 times, finally she said she did, I was on hold about 30 minutes, I figured I was connected to a dead line. Very thoughtful and positive visit with Whitney. She did remember a prior visit which placed me at ease. Whitney was through in her exam and pleasant in her approach to resolve my back problem. Very helpful and positive visit.
Everyone I encountered at this facility has been amazing. They are helpful, caring and considerate. They listen and want to make your experience better. Whitney Lehman, PAC listened to my concerns, discussed options and was compassionate about my health concerns. I really appreciate the openness and not feel judged for my concerns.
