Have been a patient with Whitney for going on 3 years - Lifestance is terrible. The office managers are incompetent, they have no idea how to navigate billing, but they certainly know how to call you harassing you for a payment when their billing department will NEVER take the time to reach out to your insurance company. Whitney was okay - I’m not sure that she really cared, just throw pills at ya until you reach ~Emotional Flatness~ As of today I’ve washed my hands with Life Stance.
