Bad experience over all. Poor communication. Lack of initiative. Lack of follow through. Example of health care industry failing
I am fortunate enough to have a health insurance policy that allows me to see most primary care providers without much restriction. This practice after my fourth visit with them. Told me I had to assign them as my sole primary care provider with my health insurance company. They justified this by saying or we may not get paid. Well you've been paid for the last year. Dr. K is a lifesaver. She works with complex patients and doesn’t give up. We pay the extra fee so she can dedicate herself to spending the time required to get someone back on the path to healing. It’s worth every penny. If you don’t need that level of care, be grateful and don’t confuse people in need of this care by posting ridiculous reviews. She’s the best in the business.
Never even got to see the PA. I spoke with 2 different people before my appointment, when I got there, they tried whacking me with a $50 co pay, which my insurance doesnt have co pays. They still tried to get me to pay the $50 and said they would deduct it from my bill. The point of not having co-pays is so I dont have to pay out of pocket. Both ladies at the fron desk were kind of rude. I just left to find a real doctor. Way to waste my time. This place is run terribly.
