Love Dr Grimm. HOWEVER, CarePoint is terrible. DO NOT attempt to book an appointment here. The number listed does not connect, it's for the old location. They never pick up at the number for the new location either (I have left several voicemails). When I tried the CarePoint main scheduling line, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes both times I tried to call, and they couldn't find my information the first time - they said I wasn't an existing patient (I was). Love Dr. Grimm. She is easy to talk to and LISTENSssss!!!!!! I never feel rush or feel like a “whinny woman” talking about my health. If you are a women over 40 going through changes in your body and feel like your doctors are listening to you come see her!!!! You will not regret it.
one of the best gynos I’ve talked to. I was concerned about a health issue that I’ve had for a while , but she was so patient and really was listening to what was going on with me. She did everything to reassure me, she brings such a calming and safe space. The whole staff at that is very friendly and communicative. They will sit and listen to every single issue you have and try to resolve them. I genuinely appreciate you guys 🥹
10/10, absolutely amazing experience with Whitney today. I have seen lots of other doctors for recent health concerns and haven’t been able to find resolution. But I left her office today feeling heard and hopeful for the first time. Also need to commend the front end staff for being welcoming and so kind! I could not recommend this office more.
