I have multiple family members who have been treated and have had to be re-treated but worse than that is that the dentist treated the patients as if they were the problem, not his initial and follow up care. That is unprofessional. I had left that practice many years ago. Lesson: if the clinician is not helpful then move on even if he doesn’t refund your dollars. It is not worth the physical pain and hassle. Disappointed over and over.

Nice place and nice people but not understanding of their patients if you miss two appointments. Even if it's months apart from each other and separate appointments, they'll attribute it to how you are as a person~ unprofessional. They will over exaggerate and lie how many times you've missed as a way to say go screw yourself, then say they're being generous because other places make you pay for missed appointments. Get ready to wait 45 minutes to an hour past the appointment you scheduled . Dr Whitney double books his appointments so there is alot of waiting and more waiting. Today I had a follow up from an emergency tooth extraction. This visit marks the 4th professional that thinks Dr. Whitney is incompetent. I am dealing with alot of abcessed teeth that should have been removed or had root canals done a decade ago. Had he looked at the xrays i paid for, he probably could have helped me.
