Listened and diagnosed my problem. Explained in-depth with flip charts of what it was and how it is treated. Explained when to seek further treatment as problem becomes more severe. Very courteous, helpful and professional. Took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. She was very thorough in addressing my concerns.

I am disappointed about the experience I had with Whitney. At first she was very cheerful and supportive but after she explained everything about how the process works, then she told me she wasn’t going to try to submit my papers through my insurance because it would be denied do to my BMI. My concern at that moment was; was she listening to me or was she concerned about my health or even what I told her during the visit at all? Whitney has been very helpful through the process of getting my hand back to normal. I am Thrilled with the results. My hand was going numb often from Carpal. There were times I would wake up at night and had lost all ability to move it. I couldn’t drive for more than about 15 minutes before my hand would go to sleep. After surgery it hasn’t gone numb at all.
