08/19/2026 I have been seeing Dr. Chouteau and the majority of her staff since 2018 and never have I ever ever had a bad experience with this office. You never have to wait for anything whether in person during a procedure or through the patient. I have never in my life, seen a practice, ran more efficiently, more professionally in the staff all of them more than helpful. This happened after a ESI, got this result from Google (extradural puncture or an intradural/subarachnoid puncture (commonly known as a "wet tap") Painful headache, hurts so bad it feels like its going to kill you. Dr Chouteau is amazing. Just don’t see Patel -brought my mother and received different care and not a genuine person.
Great bedside manner, seems to know what she's doing and really helps your issues. Definitely recommend.
If I could give this practice negative stars, I would. My experience here left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and unsupported throughout my care. Juanita at the front desk consistently displayed poor customer service and came across as cold and unpleasant during interactions. Dealing with ongoing health concerns is already stressful enough, and the negative attitude only added to that experience. My experience with Shefali Patel was equally disappointing.
